This week, I only had one good day of weather to get outside fishing. I decided to go and fish some areas along the western side of K’gari – Fraser Island in Queensland, Australia. It ended up being a tough day. I saw and spooked a lot of fish and only managed to hook a couple. This got me thinking about the importance of tide times. Specifically targeting periods around tide changes to maximise fish bite periods to improve catch rates. As you will see in this video, it was a day of a thousand casts. Some funny things happen along the way. And, once again I managed to land my drone on the boat without loosing it in the saltwater.
